REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or unwanted gifts.

If you believe your item is faulty please contact littlewoodfolk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item after it is marked delivered. Please provide photos of the products fault to begin the exchange/refund process.

Personalised Products can not be altered once your order has commenced.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

LWF Originals

Our Little Wood Folk Original items are hand crafted in our home workshop. This means they take some time to make and are not always in stock. Please allow up to two weeks turn over until items are shipped.

Personalised Products

All personalised products have a 1-2 week wait time unless at a high volume order time which is 3-4 weeks and clearly stated in item description. These items are designed in collaboration with the buyer and cannot be altered once design commences. If your order contains a personalised product all items will be shipped at once unless two shipping payments are made.

STOCKED ITEMS

If your order is just for stock that isn't on preorder it will be shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase. If the order has not been shipped in 3 business days it will be sent via upgrade of express shipping on the 4th day. This excludes if order contains a personalised product.
